At the Benaras Bakery, we take pride in crafting fresh and delicious baked goods for every order. Since our products are made to order and perishable in nature, we kindly request you to review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
• Same-day or urgent orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.
• Custom cake orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.

Refund Policy

• Once an order is prepared or dispatched, no refunds will be issued.
• If you cancel within the eligible time frame (see above), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of a wrong or damaged product delivered, please reach out to us within 2 hours of delivery with clear images. After verification, we will offer:
• A replacement (if feasible), or
• A full/partial refund based on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom cakes, photo cakes, and personalized items are non-refundable once confirmed.
• No refunds will be provided for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
